Victoria Beckham has banned her husband David from getting a Valentine’s Day tattoo.
The soccer star already has several inkings dedicated to his wife, with both his arms covered in etchings.
He was planning to have a permanent design involving Victoria’s initials incorporated onto his arm, but she has told him not to.
Victoria is said to be worried about the amount of tattoos her husband already has, and fears he is becoming obsessed with body art.
A source said: “They have been married for over ten years so Victoria really doesn’t need such grand gestures of love from David.
"They are perfect as they are and she thinks his tattoo addiction is getting a bit out of hand."
Despite her decision, Victoria is known to be a fan of inkings. She has four stars on the base of her spine, to represent David and their three children. She also has David’s initials marked on her wrist, along with the date of a commitment ceremony she and David had.
Victoria and David both have Hebrew script reading “I am my beloved's and my beloved is mine, who browses among the lilies”, etched on their bodies.
David already has his wife’s name, as well as a six-inch picture of her tattooed on him. He had ten roses added to his body art collection to celebrate their tenth wedding anniversary.
Meanwhile, it has been claimed Victoria has told David she is ready to have another baby. The 35-year-old has become broody after discovering her sister Louise is pregnant, and hopes to have a baby girl to add to their family.
“Louise told everyone she is expecting and Victoria immediately became broody. She and David have always wanted a girl. He’d love more kids so it’s great news,” a source explained.
