Liverpool actress Jennifer Ellison has given birth to a baby boy named Bobby.
The former Brookside soap star, 26, and her husband Rob Tickle are said to be 'delighted' at the arrival of their son.
Her publicist said the baby was born at 9.50pm at The Women's Hospital in Liverpool on Thursday night, weighing 9lb.
Only recently the former Hell's Kitchen winner was spotted earlier in the week going for a curry in a bid to bring her labour on.
The scouse lovely wed her partner last autumn in a secret ceremony in Mauritius.
Jennifer recently revealed that she didn't want to know the baby's sex until it was born and was hoping to have a water birth - without pain relief.
'Rob wants to be really hands-on and see his baby being born - I want him to too,' she added.
Bobby is the first child for Ellison and Tickle together. He also has eight-year-old twin girls, Chloe and Sophie, from a previous relationship.
