She's recently given birth to a healthy baby boy - and now Coleen Rooney has got the icing on the cake, quite literally.
Yummy mummy Col gave birth to a baby boy, Kai Wayne Rooney, at Liverpool's Women's Hospital on Monday.
And the happy event for the 24-year-old inspired Sayers the bakers to create a special "Yummy Mummy" celebration cake with her face etched on the surface.
The sweet toothed masterpiece was made using cocoa powder and icing sugar to imprint Coleen’s face onto the 15 inch sponge cake.
Sayers head baker Liz Haslam said: "The staff have been getting very excited about the arrival of baby Kai Wayne Rooney and wanted to congratulate Coleen and Wayne with a special celebratory cake, as they enter the world of parenthood.
Sayers and Hampsons have just launched a brand new range of celebration cakes from spooky spiders to magnificent castles.
The bakers say they hoped that the tribute cake will, in turn, put a smile on Coleen's face now that she has the task of looking after two skilled “dribblers”.
