
Manchester United striker Wayne Rooney and his wife Coleen are to star in a documentary about their lives, called 'Wayne's World.'
The 23-year-old England forward has agreed to let cameras follow him for a few months, focusing on his life at Manchester United and the birth of his first baby, which is due in October.
TV broadcasters, Sky One, has confirmed that they are in talks to screen the programme.
The scouse couple, who celebrated their first wedding anniversary with a luxury break in Barbados, plan to open the doors to the public and reveal their jet-set lifestyle.
Rooney, currenrtly stars in the popular reality TV show Wayne Rooney's Street Striker,' which aims to search for the country's best undiscovered footballer.
Wayne's heavily pregnant wife, Coleen, 23, is also no stranger to TV shows.
She presents 'Coleen's Real Women' on ITV2, which is in its second series and has presented an edition of ITV1's 'Tonight With Trevor McDonald.'
An insider said: "They could turn out to be the new Peter Andre and Katie Price of reality television.'
"This willl be the first time that the public gets to glimpse at the inside workings of one of the hottest couples in world."
