The blonde lovely arrived in her silver £80,000 Bentley GT convertable for an indulgent stint at Fullerton's Hairdressers in Merseyside to replenish her lucious locks.
Dressed in a cream and grey long flowing split-leg bandeau dress, the scouse fashionista completed her outfit with heart shaped jewellry, flat gladiator sandals, aviator sunglasses and a large white Fendi bag.
As ever, the stylish WAG spent over an hour and a half on beauty treatments, touching up her blonde highlights to keep her coiffure in tip top condition.
The 26-year-old has been following a new gruelling fitness regime in a bid to tone up her figure for the bikini season and has already lost half a stone and dropped a dress size.
Recently Alex was pictured showing off her toned body in a variety of skimpy bikinis and daring outfits as she splashed in the Mediterranean sea, while on holiday in Ibiza with her footballer husband Steven.
The couple, along with daughters Lilly-Ella, five, and three-year-old Lexie also took an extended break at their private villa in Portugal to celebrate their second wedding anniversary.
And that's not all, the fashion columnist is also planning a third break with the girls to the South of France.
