Farrah Fawcett has died aged 62 after losing her battle with cancer.
The Charlie’s Angels was diagnosed with rectal cancer in 2006 and had surgery to remove a tumour.
But the disease returned the following year.
'After a long and brave battle with cancer, our beloved Farrah has passed away,' says her partner Ryan O'Neal, 68.
'Although this is an extremely difficult time for her family and friends, we take comfort in the beautiful times that we shared with Farrah over the years and the knowledge that her life brought joy to so many people around the world.'
Farrah is survived by son Redmond, 24.
