The 'Paparazzi' singer sent sparks shooting from her heaving chest as she belted out her hits Love Game and Poker Face.
The atomic blonde, had pyrotechnics stashed into her bustier as pvc-clad dancers gyrated and frolicked with her on stag.
Gaga - real-name Stefani Germanotta - also won Best International Hit for her single Poker Face.
Other stars at the bash included the The Jonas Brothers, Black Eyed Peas, Kim Kardashian and Kelly Clarkson.
