After years of feeling self-conscious, Corrie star Kym Marsh decided to improve her body by getting plastic surgery.
Actress, Kym, 33, confessed her saggy 34B bust made her feel self-conscious in bikinis and sexy underwear, so she decided to perk up her confidence by going up to a D-cup.
And while she was under the knife, she decided to have liposuction too.
"It's something I always wanted to have done," says Kym, whose natural curves disappeared after having children David, 14, and 11-year-old Emily.
"I've been very self-conscious about my breasts for a long, long time. Since having my kids, there was nothing there.
"After having Emily they disappeared.
"As my gran would say, I ended up with just the skins they were in!"
But it was only after her divorce from ex-EastEnder Jack Ryder and finding love with Hollyoaks hunk Jamie Lomas that she decided to go under the knife.
Kym adds: "I wasn't very confident when I was on holiday, and wearing a bikini was always an issue for me.
"And I never felt sexy in bras. Of course, Jamie wasn't bothered, but I wanted to do it for myself. But Jamie loves them."
Kym, who had the op six weeks ago, decided a D-cup was right for her.
"I didn't want to look stupid or like I was trying to be a glamour model," she tells Reveal magazine, out today.
"I just wanted back what I'd lost.
They are still a bit sore but in a few weeks, when they settle down, they'll move like a normal breast should."
As for the liposuction, Kym says: "I was paranoid about the belly I was left with after having my children. I could literally grab my stomach.
"So I thought I might as well get it done and have a completely new body! It really has changed my life. It's made me much more confident."
