Chester is on the hunt for the Best Dressed Lady, 2009 with the help of Hollyoaks actors Carley Stenson and Ricky Whittle.

Ladies will line up in their full glitz and glamour for the competition, which takes place tonight at Chester Racecourse.

And the stakes are high as the first prize winner will scoop a massive £1,000 Gift Card courtesy of the Trafford Centre, Manchester.

Other prizes include, a designer handbag from Tessuti Woman, a deluxe pampering package from Dove Spa and a meal for two at Chester racecourse's own restaurant 1539.

Hollyoaks actors, Carley, who plays Steph Cunningham and Ricky, who plays Calvin Valentine, will compeer the evening's fashion competition as well as sitting on the panel of judges.

At 7.20pm the 1st round of judging will take place in a designated area in the Paddock and 10 finalists will be selected.

And at 8.20pm the finalists will make their way to the Paddock lawn for final judging, where the winner will be revealed.
