Liverpool actress Suzanne Collins has jetted off to the Cannes film festival to promote her new film.
The gorgeous blonde, who is best known for playing Nikki Shadwick in Brookside, is starring in new film Charlie Noades R.I.P, a comedy set in a Liverpool scrap yard run by the Parr family.
The film, which is being premiered at the glamorous film festival was written by and starring Neil Fitzmaurice, who shot to fame in series Phoenix Nights.
Also starring in the film is ex-brookie star, John McArdle, Bolton-born comedian Dave Spikey, Cold Feet actor John Thomson and Dominic Carter.
Speaking exclusively to Clocked, Suzanne said: "It is great to be in Cannes promoting the film.
"We left rainy Liverpool yesterday afternoon and settled in to our hotel last night- which is gorgeous.
"We all went out as a big group to restaurant Cote D'Azur for a bit of a bonding session.
"We can't wait to see the finished film."
Suzanne spent most of the day, relaxing by the hotel pool and topping up her tan ahead of the big night.
And she says that Cannes has a real buzz surrounding it since Liverpool captain Steven Gerrard flew in to promote the film.
Suzanne wore a gorgeous show-stopping purple maxi dress for the premiere and says she can't wait to see all their hard work showcased on screen.
Suzanne said: "I've had fun today, chilling out by the pool.
"I'm wearing quite a revealing dress, so I need to be looking golden brown.
"I really can't wait to see the film. It will be fab to see how it has all been put together.
"Even Steven Gerrard has come over to help promote it."
