Millionairess TV host Coleen Rooney is minding her pennies and has taken to money-saving bulk-buying of goods.
The local beauty enlisted the help of her mum Colette and brother Anthony for a trip to the Costco cash and carry store in Liverpool.
Recession busting Coleen stocked-up to stack her cupboard with a month's supplies of some essentials including:-
640 sticks of Wrigley's Extra chewing gum,
36 pitta breads,
24 cans of tuna,
48 bottles of Lucozade
150 Chuppa Chups lollies
60 Freddo bars,
12 tubes of Aquafresh toothpaste,
640 baby wipes (8 packs of 80)
two 1.5 litre bottles of vodka
1litre of Bacardi rum
6 bottles of Lynx Africa shower gel
a 1.5 litre bottle of red wine,
2 1.35 kg bottles of tomato ketchup
A state-of-the-art Minky Pro ironing board...and an illuminated bathroom mirror.
It could that this is a "normal shop" or was Wayne Rooney's better-half also stocking-up for a party since her it her birthday on 4th April.
Another Costco shopper said: "Wayne must be very keen on 'Freddo' bars and it makes sense to buy in bulk.
"Perhaps it shows the credit crunch is effecting the super rich aswell as us ordinary folk."
