X Factor judge Tulisa Contostavlos gets in the party mood in a private jet after celebrating a court victory and her forthcoming birthday.
The singer thanked fans for their support outside London's High Court after settling her legal action against her ex Justin Edwards.
Later she tweeted this photo of herself showing off her new blonde locks as she headed off to celebrate in Ibiza.
Along with the picture she wrote: "Tulisa Contostavlos @officialtulisa
Its my birthday and ill fly if I want to!! ... Up high if I want to! #ibiza"
Earlier Tulisa had issued a statement after settling the court case over a sex tape scandal.
She stood before a gathering of reporters and said: 'This time, Justin messed with the wrong woman'.
She continued: "I am relieved that this is finally over. It has been a very testing few months and this was not a case I ever wanted to go through.
"Justin Edwards's actions were to spite me, make money and ruin my career. He has succeeded in none of these things.
"I stand here today a stronger, wiser young woman who has taken this experience and learnt from it.'
She added: "I am disgusted by Justin and saddened by the people that believed I released the footage myself. Today the truth has prevailed.
"After months of lying to the public and lying in court, Justin has finally admitted to being guilty and I hope justice is served.
"I would now like to draw a line under this and put it in the past. I also would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the fans that stood by me.
"I'm especially grateful for all the support I have received from the public, my friends, family and team.
"With that support and my determination I have won this battle. This time, Justin messed with the wrong woman.'
Asked if she had learned anything from the sex tape being made public, Tulisa, who turns 24 on Friday, replied: 'Take it, use it as experience to make you stronger and don't let it beat you.'
She then added: 'I'm just really happy that the truth is out. It's a fresh start for me today after this, and it's my birthday, and now, of course, I'm off to Ibiza.'
And she certainly looked like she was ready to party as she tweeted a picture of her with an entourage.
She looked happy and relaxed as she showed off her new blonde look which she has sported in the past.
The picture was taken in the private jet as she headed out to the party capital island.
She also wrote on twitter: "Tulisa Contostavlos @officialtulisa
