
Excited pop fans filled out the Echo Arena in Liverpool, to hear a host of chart topping acts.
The Radio City Live 2011 event saw Grammy award winning R&B singer Ne-Yo headline the A-list line up, in front of a near sell out crowd.
Joining the American superstar at the music festival was; Scouting For Girls, Irish girl band Wonderland, rapper Chipmonk, Tynchy Stryder and Liverpool's own Nicola Roberts.
The 25-year-old Girls Aloud favourite, wore a simple A line cream dress adorned with yellow flowers, as she performed her solo material for the first time.
Flame haired Nicola had earlier told of her nervousness about singing without her fellow band mates, but her new single, “Beat Of My Drum,” was well received by the capacity crowd.
Roy Stride's band, of Scouting For Girls, had the task off kicking off the show, as he blasted out a string of his hits including 'She's So Lovely' and 'Heartbeat.'
Also on stage was American singer Mike 'Cooler Than Me' Posner and Merseyside's new teenage star, Chelcee Grimes.
Dance act Example and British five piece band Parade kept the fans well entertained.
American Electro hip-hop group LMFAO were in full party mood setting off tubes of Dry Ice on stage, while giving away hundreds of illuminous light sticks to the audience.
Ne-Yo, whose real name is Shaffer Chimere Smith, Jr, closed the show with a string of hits including Beautiful Monster and Closer.
