The blonde stunner, who is married to Liverpool footballer Steven Gerrard, flaunted her long legs and new toned physique, as she braved the cold weather in a tiny outfit.
Svelte Alex, who turned 28 this week, started the day ealry with a three hour girly pampering session, before lunching at the posh San Carlo restaurant.
Dressed a satin all-in-one green playsuit with mandarin collar, the fashion colomnist looked every bit the model mum.
And the gorgeous Super WAG completed her fashionable look with black painted nails and designer 6 inch high heels Louboutins, showing off her perfectly toned pins.
Mother-of-two, Alex, was all smiles as she left the Italian restaurant in Liverpool's city centre, before hitting the Bar and Grill with her girly pals.
Husband Steven, meanwhile, is preparing to return to the starting line-up for Liverpool's game against Blackpool, after being rested for Thursday's draw against FC Utrecht.
An onlooker said, "Alex looked amazing in that playsuit."
"She's got better legs than Steven Gerrard wearing shorts like that."
