Super-WAG Alex Curran revealed the secrets behind her ultra-trim figure as she stocked up on slimming supplies in Liverpool.
The 27-year-old was spotted buying health supplements, including 'Spiru-tein' meal replacement powder, at well-being store Abaca.
The mum-of-two looked in great shape, dressed in skin tight lycra gymwear with her hair pulled back into a simple ponytail.
But she made sure her WAG credentials were on show as she toted a £870 Alexander Wang 'Rocco' leather studded bag.
The stunning blonde spent 20 minutes scouring the shelves and inspecting product labels with a friend after enjoying a girly lunch next-door at WAG favourite Neighbourhood cafe.
One onlooker said: "I didn't realise who she was at first because she was dressed down.
"She looked lovely, even without make-up. She's really naturally pretty.
"I don't know why she needs to buy slimming products though. It's not like she needs to lose weight."
Gym bunny Alex then loaded her bags of goodies into her £175,000 Aston Martin, a present from Liverpool FC footballer hubby Steven Gerrard.
