Kai Rooney, son of England ace Wayne Rooney and uber-WAG Coleen must be the envy of the playground, after his proud mum splashed out £1400 on a Roberto Cavalli pram!

The Liverpool fashionista, who was unveilved as the new face of Littlewoods this week, hit the hairdressers ahead of a night out at Chester races' Ladies Night.

But it looks as though the £4.5 million Littlewoods deal isn't going to tempt her away from her love of designer labels, as she enjoyed the sunshine in Chanel sandals.

And as the mum-of-one sported the perfect summer-chic look, wearing a flowery maxi-dress teamed with a stylish blue-print bag, seven-month-old baby Kai travelled in style on the ultimate designer wheels.

The ultra-fashionable buggy, which costs more than £1400 pounds, is only available at high-class boutiques and features a gold Roberto Cavalli logo on the back.

After a two-hour appointment with Barbara Daley, her favourite Liverpool hairdresser, the 24-year-old emerged with a sophisticated "hair-up" style, before climbing into her £75,000 black Range Rover Sport and heading off for a night with pals at Ladies Night.

The Chester race meeting, a favourite with fellow WAG's and a host of soap stars is likely to attract more than 50,000 racegoers, as temperatures soar in the north west.

But Coleen, wife of out-of-form England striker Wayne Rooney won't be staying to enjoy the British summer for long.

Sources close to the couple claim she is set to flout Fabio Capello's WAG ban by jetting out to South Africa on Saturday, in time for the Three Lion's crucial last-16 clash with Germany.
