Strictly fans have expressed fears for celebrity dancer Natalie Cassidy, after new pics exposed strains on the ex-Eastender's health.
The hectic tour schedule is taking its toll on Nat, 26, who was spotted leaving a swanky Liverpool hotel looking worse-for-wear ahead Tuesday's sell-out show.
As the former super-slimmer left the city's Malmaison hotel, one waiting fan said: "I couldn't believe it when I saw her.
"She looked so tired and pale, you'd never think it was the same girl from the TV shows.
"I know she gets a lot of stick for the way she looks but she'd really turned things around on Strictly.
"She's clearly been burning the candle at both ends."
Natalie, who played troubled Sonia Fowler in the soap for 13 years, is just five days into the mammoth 45-show UK tour, and the cracks are already beginning to show.
One audience member said: "The dancers have some amazing routines but you can see how physically demanding they must be.
"Natalie looks great dressed up with her make-up on but pictures like this show how the gruelling timetable must be draining her.
"After all the public ups and downs she's had, especially with her weight, I hope she can sort herself out."
