Pop strumpet Lady GaGa once signed a fan's manhood after she was confronted with the X-rated request backstage at a concert.
The Poker Face hitmaker, 23, admits she was shocked when the shameless fan whipped out his penis for her to sign in Canada.
She recalls, "I feel embarrassed saying this but... I was doing a meet and greet backstage in Canada.
"This guy just pulled his penis out and asked me to autograph it.
"I had enough room to write Lady GaGa.
"But I was laughing so hard I could barely breathe. Maybe it is still there - who knows? It was a permanent marker too!"
