Heartbroken Coleen Rooney plans to forgive her superstar husband Wayne Rooney after he cheated on her when she was pregnant, with a £1,200-a-night prostitute.
The 24-year-old WAG, who has been staying at her parents' house in Huyton, Liverpool for a week, told her friends and family she plans to take him back.
Manchester United striker Wayne, 24, was dramatically withdrawn from the Premier League clash at his former club, Everton, after his manager Sir Alex Ferguson tried to protect him from fans' abuse.
Ferguson took the shock decision to drop him for the game at Goodison park, where Rooney made his name as a teenager, so Wayne could hold talks over his marriage crisis.
Coleen, who is still wearing her wedding ring, returned to her luxury home in Prestbury, Cheshire with ten-month-old baby son Kai for the first time, to discuss the matter with Wayne.
The devastated TV star, who learnt of her husband Wayne Rooney's infidelities in a Sunday newspaper a week ago, has appealed for privacy following the allegations about his private life.
In a statement, the couple said the "last six days have been extremely painful for us and for our families".
They added: "It is impossible for us, as it would be for any family, to attempt to resolve any issues in the current media glare and against the backdrop of so many inaccurate and intrusive stories.
"We would therefore ask that the media now respects our privacy and the right of our family to discuss these matters in private."
