Five local women have made the move from working in bridal houses to opening up their own boutique in West Derby village.
The women behind BRIDES by Natalie have worked together as a team for several years, before deciding to branch out into their own enterprise. The team includes three experienced seamstresses, offering a bespoke and exclusive design service with the assurance that the gowns never leave the premises. This is in addition to offering a range of outstanding dresses by renowned designers from around the world.
Natalie Coleman, co-owner and managing director, said: “The five of us have all worked together before and are really good friends outside of work too. We thought it made sense to strike out on our own in our local area and use our expertise to give people a better choice. Between us we have decades of experience of working with brides, so we know the do’s and don’ts of the business.
“Choosing your wedding dress is one of the most important choices in a woman’s life. We understand this, and that’s why we work to go that extra mile to ensure everything is perfect for all our customers.”
As well as bridalwear, the shop will service those looking for dresses for Proms, Christenings, Communions and just about any other occasion you can imagine.
The new store, on Eaton Road, will officially open with a launch event on Saturday 16th February. Between 2pm and 6pm there will be an opportunity to meet the team, have a look at the collections and raise a glass of champagne or two!
