Merseyside law firm, Lees Lloyd Whitley, has announced the arrival of a senior lawyer - Barry Holland - who has joined its Commercial Department as a Consultant.
With a national reputation in the fields of Liquor and Betting/Gaming Licensing as well as Food Law, Barry has acted for UK wide companies including Majestic Wine Warehouses, Coral Bookmakers, Threshers and Café Rouge.
He was also responsible for the leading case on selling alcohol on garage forecourts, which defined the criteria for granting such licences (Goodwin v Sefton Licensing Justices). Barry’s many achievements to date will reinforce the firm’s solid reputation for providing quality legal services across the business community both in the North West and nationwide.
