International real estate advisor Savills has taken space at The Peel Group’s prestigious Princes Dock development in Liverpool.
Savills will relocate to Princes Dock on 11th March 2011 in a move that sees them take 2,330 sq.ft of space on the first floor of Building 8 which offers stunning unobstructed views of the River Mersey. The move marks a further phase of expansion for Savills 130 strong team in the North West.
Savills Liverpool based team offers cost consultancy and project management services. Comprising 20 people they are led by directors Kieran Rainsford and Giles Brooke. The team will work closely with Savills Manchester office, which has been established for 14 years and provides clients with an all encompassing real estate advisory service.

Princes Dock is a hub of business activity set in 14.5 hectares, situated in the proposed £6 billion redevelopment scheme of Liverpool waterfront; Liverpool Waters.
It is located adjacent the iconic Liver Building alongside the new cruise liner facility. The new Leeds - Liverpool canal link extension also passes through the development.
There are over 2,500 people employed within Princes Dock with occupiers including Coutts Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers and KMPG. All occupiers benefit from on-site car parking, 24 hour security services, dedicated on-site maintenance team, on site member health and leisure club, a cafe, bars, restaurants and a new day nursery.
Peel are currently liaising with further complementary businesses which will further boost economic activity within Princes Dock.
In addition to three Grade A office buildings Princes Dock is home to two high quality hotels; the Crowne Plaza and Malmaison, three luxury apartment towers and a 760 space multi storey car park.
