Multinational brand Thompson Reuters is bringing a team of financial software developers to Liverpool to meet accountancy practitioners from the city and the North West early next month.
Consultants from the award-winning software business Digita, part of the Thomson Reuters Group and a Microsoft Gold Partner, will be holding an informal meeting to discuss with accountants from the area how they can improve their practice’s efficiency including a demonstration of FileCabinet, the market leading document management solution in the US, with over 17,000 practices.
Digita has recently announced that its practice workflow and service solutions have been certified by Microsoft for use with the Windows® 7 Operating System becoming the only UK accountancy software developer to gain Microsoft Certified status for every new version of Windows
Karen Gardner, event organizer said “We expect widespread interest especially as we know that our very close relationship with Microsoft and the intuitive financial software we have developed on a recognizable Windows platform, has universal appeal.
“It is also important for us to demonstrate that even though we are part of one of the world’s leading global businesses, its philosophy is based on inclusiveness and that small businesses are just as important to us as larger ones.”
The free of charge seminars will commence at 9.45 am for non Digita clients and at 1.45 pm for existing Digita clients both lasting approximately two hours and both taking place at the Liverpool Marriott City Centre on Thursday 4 March.
Anyone interested in attending can reserve a place online by visiting www.digita.com/seminars or by contacting Lauren Tyler on 013925 270311/ lauren.tyrrell@thomsonreuters.com
