Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa is celebrating being nominated for the 2012 Members’ Choice Health Club Awards – the only venue on Merseyside on the shortlist.
The prestigious Members’ Choice Health Club Awards, sponsored by Centrum Performance, are the only awards in the industry where the winners are selected purely on feedback from the people/members that use the facilities.
The Health Club Awards are in partnership with Health Club Management magazine and are open to all private health clubs, gyms and leisure centres provided they have gym facilities as part of their offering to members in the UK.
This year is the second year that Thornton Hall Hotel & Spa has been short listed for the North West.
Roy Burkey, Health Club General Manager at Thornton Hall, said: “We are delighted that our venue has been shortlisted for this award once again and we are grateful to our club members.
“This nomination fires our belief that our health club is one of the leading clubs in the region. The hotel, health club staff and personal trainers work so hard and they deserve this recognition – well done everyone.”
The awards are due to take place on Tuesday September 18 at the Hilton Metropole in Birmingham.
