Staff at Aintree Racecourse are celebrating after securing a deal with a major party events company, which will bring a bumper season this Christmas.
The conference and events team at the course have agreed a lease with business Best Parties Ever, who will be holding a range of Christmas party nights at the racecourse through the festive months.
As part of the deal the racecourse will lease more than 3,700 sq meters of exhibition space throughout the December period.
Debbie Slee, Conference and Events manager at Aintree Racecourse said: "We’re really pleased to have negotiated the letting agreement with Best parties Ever and there is a potential that this could be a longer term contract, with the firm letting our main exhibition space, the Equestrian Centre, in December, 2012 and 2013 as well."
Best Parties Ever are the country’s leading Christmas party supplier. The firm organises themed Christmas parties which businesses can buy tickets for.
In 2010 they entertained over 145,000 guests and worked with major clients including John Lewis, Unilever and Mercedes-Benz.
There will be several Christmas party nights at Aintree in December. The theme is "Midnight in Monte Carlo" and the party will include everything from a five course meal to disco, millionaires’ casino, live bands, a champagne bar, a showgirl cabaret and a dodgem car circuit.

The party events are being held in Aintree Racecourses Equestrian Centre, which is one of the recent additions to course, following a £35 million redevelopment in 2007.
The centre gives Aintree more than 3,700 square meters of exhibition space, giving the course the ability to compete on a national scale and host major UK exhibitions and events.
