A partner at business law firm DWF has just completed the Cyclability charity bike ride challenge to raise over £6,000 for Motability.
Royal Sun Alliance’s Cyclability challenge saw Dave Young and a team from RSA cycle from the insurer’s headquarters in London to its office in Liverpool.
The team cycled 400 miles, over four days.
Dave said: “As one of our key clients, we were delighted to be able to support RSA in raising funds for this extremely worthwhile cause.
“RSA’s Cyclability is a great event and we are thrilled to have raised so much money for such a good cause.
“We met our goal of averaging about 100 miles per day over some very rough terrain.”
RSA insures Motability, a national charity that enables disabled people to lease a car, powered wheelchair or scooter and assist them with their mobility needs.
The Motability scheme improves the lifestyles of millions of people with disabilities, adding new levels of independence and freedom to their lives.
