The Centre of Economics and Business Research (CEBR) has predicted that house prices are to jump 16% over the next four years and Liverpool based auctioneers Venmore are urging investors and buyers that now is the time to invest at auction.

The auction team, who are calling for lots for their next auction on Wednesday 20th July at 1.00pm, believe that the news heralds the consistent reminder that the UK property market is still at rock bottom.

Head of Venmore Auctions, Nick Ball said: “The research states that the recovery will begin to turn around at Christmas time, allowing investors and regular buyers three more auctions before the 4% year on year surge is predicted to start.

"This great opportunity could especially interest investors who could pick up a bargain at our next auction, renovate and refurbish the property and then sell it on for a higher price.

"An auction is the perfect platform for doing this because with a 28-day completion period from the moment of exchange, the whole transaction couldn’t be quicker by selling in any other way.”

The auction, held at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool ONE, is set to hold a variety of lots including residential, commercial, and many development opportunities for landlords and investors, with lots featuring from all over Merseyside.

Venmore’s next Auction will be held on Wednesday 20 July also at The Hilton Hotel, Liverpool One.
