French beauty and skincare specialists THALGO UK have awarded their ‘Spa of the Year’ accolade to an exclusive North West retreat.
Chill Out Spa, located in Knowsley Hall, beat off competition from over 500 entrants across the UK to win the prestigious prize.
The award was presented to them by England cricket star Andrew Flintoff, and his wife Rachel, at an awards ceremony in London’s glamorous Mayfair-based Metropolitan Hotel.
“We had no idea we had even been nominated for this award,” said Sharon Carroll, MD of Chill Out Spa.
“So to walk away with the title of Spa of the Year was amazing!”
“We are still relative newcomers and have just worked very hard over the past two years to provide the best spa experience possible.”
Spas are judged primarily on their quality of service, treatments and overall experience.
Mystery shoppers scaled the length and breadth of the country in the month preceding the awards in complete secrecy to pick the winner.
However, Chill Out Spa was recognised further for its impressive growth rate, dedication to achieving the highest standard of client care and loyalty to the THALGO brand.
