A Liverpool city region cloud software and service company is celebrating after doubling its turnover and client portfolio.
BrightOffice, based in Skelmersdale, launched in 2008 and has increased annual turnover to almost £250,000 in the past two years.
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) firm specialises in the development and provision of web based applications to businesses.
BrightOffice has also seen its client portfolio expand rapidly in the last year from 10,000 clients at the start of 2010, to a total of more than 19,500.
The company now has expanded to a team of 15, with plans to recruit more employees as part of its continued expansion.
BrightOffice CEO Aaron Peake said: “The last few years have seen explosive growth for us, which is surprising in the face of the recession. We have doubled both our turnover and our staff levels.
“More and more firms are beginning to understand the importance of CRM, which allows your business to streamline customer relationship management, and promote sharing of customer and sales information between employees.
"It essentially helps businesses manage their operations and customers better, and has become a major factor in helping small and medium enterprises grow.”
Aaron is expecting this strong growth to continue; “BrightOffice is now a leader in not just the CRM player, but cloud based applications. ‘The Cloud’ is basically the management and provision of applications, information and data via the internet.
