A Liverpool based regeneration firm has won two new contracts.
Run Services will be carrying out external redevelopment to Campus House university accommodation in Bradford and building an extension to Yew Tree Primary School in Tameside under contracts worth £325,000.
Anthony Woods, Managing Director of Run Services, said: “We have worked with a number of schools recently, and having another one in our portfolio represents a key growth area for us.”
Run Services has started work on Campus House by refurbishing the external building and adding a new roof, windows and doors. This work is set to last for 12 weeks.
The work on Yew Tree Primary includes building an extension to the internal atrium and refurbishing the building by adding new windows, as well as groundwork and joinery. This project is set to last up to 15 weeks.
Anthony added: “As well as regenerating and improving buildings, our aim here at Run Services is to regenerate the community. Our work on improving Yew Tree School and Campus House will contribute to us achieving that.”
