
After a successful beginning to the year, Liverpool auctioneers Venmore will welcome in Spring with their auction next month.
The auction, held at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool ONE, will hold a mix of lots including residential, commercial and many developments opportunities for landlords and investors, such as mixed use and refurbishment opportunities for owner occupation, resale or letting.
One of the commercial lots included is a former restaurant and bar in the popular area of Hoylake. The property is situated in a prominent position fronting Market Street in a parade of mixed retail and licensed uses.
