
Merseyside Solicitors Brown Turner Ross has appointed a new Head of Business Development.
Frank Rogers joins the firm from Chester based Oliver & Co and will head up the organisation’s marketing and expand the client base of the firm.
Frank Rogers joins Brown Tuner Ross in the midst of a massive growth period for the firm; Frank’s role will have an emphasis on client retention and growing the client base. Frank also combines his role with representing the firm’s clients in relation to Motoring Prosecutions as part of the team led by Partner, Andrew Otto.

After qualifying as a Solicitor in 1977 with Liverpool practice Edward Lloyd & Co, Frank was involved in a mixed general practice for many years before specialising until 1991 in Personal Injury Claims and Family Law.
From 1975, Frank had been instructed locally and then, regionally on behalf of members of the Prison Officers’ Association. He developed this work from 1975 and, grew his reputation as a Solicitor who was passionate about fighting for justice on their behalf to such an extent that in 1992, the POA retained Lees Lloyd Whitley as their national Solicitors until 2009. In 1988 Edward Lloyd & Co had become part of the merged Firm, Lees Lloyd Whitley.
In the short space of time Frank has been in the position, Frank has committed Brown Turner Ross to the Wirral Business Forum, the Invest in Wirral Partnership and is also involved in the Chester, Ellesmere Port & Neston Business Forum.
In his new role, Frank will be instrumental in developing the profile of Brown Turner Ross in Liverpool, Southport as well as in Wirral where the firm is looking to expand their services, especially to the business community where Frank enjoys a high profile.
