Liverpool and Southport law firm Brown Turner Ross have announced the launch of their New Build Property Department, which will see the firm take over legal management of over 550 new build property files in the Mann Island and Liverpool Airport Developments.
The New Build Department is expected to bring in an estimated £200,000 turnover for the firm over the next 12 months.
The launch of the New Build Department marks an impressive period of growth and strength for the firm, who have appointed Sandra Hill, a dedicated Relationship Manager to run the department. Sandra brings with her experience of working in Relationship Marketing roles at Smiths Crisps and as Account Development Manager with large architectural firm MCK Associates.
Brown Turner Ross are committed to ensuring there is always a dedicated legal service available for buyers at the developments, the firm have produced new build instruction booklets which are left in each property. The booklets contain a clear rundown of fees; a comprehensive home buying guide and an easy to complete instruction form to sign and return, which instructs Brown Turner Ross to begin legal proceedings on behalf of the buyer.

The high volume of property files under management has enabled Brown Turner Ross to offer a reduced fee to new build homebuyers. Sandra’s role will be to manage relationships with both homebuyers and developers and to act as contact point for the firm in dealings with new build properties.
