Caro Lettings is celebrating a year of impressive growth as it heads into the New Year.
The Liverpool-based company has seen a hat-trick of successes this year including award success across its three divisions; Caro Student Living, and Caro Residential and Caro Short Stay.
Caro Student Living has gone from strength to strength this year with all 250 rooms for the 2016/17 intake fully booked by January with a huge 45% renewal rate.
In October, its Student Living was named Best Student Landlord at the NWPAs, an annual awards evening that celebrates the very best of the North West property industry.
The acquisition of the former Reeces Ballroom earlier in the year marked the launch of Caro’s first residential division. Work began this month to convert the space into 91 luxury residential apartments.
Caro Short Stay, the hospitality division of the company, has also undergone key successes this year with a surge in popularity leading to the addition of more rooms to the existing Main Bridewell site.
Lee Darwen, operations director at Caro, says: “2016 has been a year of incredible success across all three divisions of Caro Lettings.
“Our student accommodation offering continues to grow in popularity and for all rooms to be booked by January was an incredible start to the year.
“To go on to be named best student landlord at the NWPAs was the icing on the cake.
“I look forward to seeing what 2017 has in store for Caro Residential with the work on the Parker Street Residences marking our first step into residential property outside of student accommodation.
“The success of Caro Short Stay has led to marked growth in the hospitality arm of the company and we look forward to developing more short stay options in the future.
“I am overwhelmed by the success of both our new ventures and ongoing projects and I am excited to step into the New Year with plans to take Caro Lettings even further.”
